One Last Post Pre-Private.

Grandpa and Grandma E came to town for a visit this weekend. Good times. We stayed up late, went to the fountains at the park, swam, went for a long walk, played outside, ate lots of rich food and got lots of visiting done. On the way to the fountains...
And at the fountains D wasn't too up on running through the water. He's not big on the water thing. That's OK, there was a playground close by...with swings. Also, it's probably just fine that D spent the day there not going crazy in the water and on the playground. His leg still has a lot of healing to do.

A few weeks back Pops sold his old three-wheeler. This was done with the sole intention of securing funds for D's birthday present. Pops got started early so he could be discerning, and find a good deal. He found one this weekend.
Now, D doesn't get this until his third B-day, so no one mention anything to him about it in your correspondence or conversations with him. You'll notice the bike came with training wheels, boots and a helmet. Should be pretty fantastic.

Also, a couple weeks back we went to a dinner theater matinée. I'm not sure if that makes it lunch theater, but that's just me showing how unrefined I am...tsk, tsk, tsk. So there was a buffet and cookies. And the play was "Raggedy Ann and Andy". Before the play this fox was making the rounds and stopped by to say hello to our table. He was a very well behaved fox and even shook hands with D as well as posed for a picture.
Yeah, I know...a fox? I guess that its the mascot for the theater or something. The food was palatable, and the show was good (enough). Emma enjoyed it from her car seat.
